AI consulting

Consulting that leads to automation

What you get at the end is not a concept but a decision. And if the answer is yes, we build it. Consulting and implementation from one source, with nothing lost in handover.

Focused work at screens and documents in an office

The difference, up front

The AI consulting market is full of strategy papers, maturity assessments, roadmaps and transformation programmes. What usually comes out at the end is a slide deck, and the actual work only starts afterwards, often with a second provider and an open budget.

We do the opposite.

We do not advise about AI. We advise up to the point where automation becomes a decision you can actually make, and then we implement it.

What you get is not a concept but a decision: this process will be automated, that one will not, and here is why. And if the answer is yes, we build it.

The question we ask ourselves on every assignment: Can this end in automation? If not, we say so, and we point you to someone who fits better. General AI strategy consulting, transformation support without implementation, or training programmes are deliberately not part of our offering. That is not a gap. That is our focus.

Who this is for

For mid-sized companies whose staff transfer data from e-mails and documents into business software by hand every day. Systems that have grown over time, offer no interfaces and are not going to be replaced:

DATEV Lexware SAP … and comparable industry-specific applications

We start exactly where conventional IT projects fail and where an AI strategy alone does not help.

How we work: two phases, two fixed prices

Phase 1 · fixed price

Analysis and feasibility

Baseline assessment (1–2 days): We record how your back-office work actually runs. Where is data typed, transferred, checked? Which systems, which volumes? You receive a prioritised list of processes that can be automated, with a clear effort-benefit assessment.

Feasibility (3–5 days): We assess the most promising processes technically. Can the process be solved through screen automation? Does it stay within the GDPR framework? You receive a go or no-go assessment for each process and an architecture outline.

Your result: you know which processes are worth automating and which are not, before you invest.

Phase 2 · fixed price

Pilot and onboarding

We put one process into production with Lumint, our automation platform. The analysis becomes a running, measurable reference case in your company.

Usually reaching go-live in under 30 days.

Each phase has a fixed price and a clearly defined result. We discuss the amount in person, depending on the scope and the number of processes involved.

How we implement

We work with what you have. Your software stays. Your processes stay. Our platform Lumint operates your existing applications the way a person does at the screen.

What you gain after the first few days
